摘　　要：日本社会中,潜在的集团意识是根深蒂固的,其要素源于日本人传统的普遍存在的"家"的观念。这种观念无所不在,几乎遍及整个日本社会。本文拟就从日本人这种强烈的集团意识入手,探究其主要特征和对日本社会现代化的影响。The potential group sense is deeply-rooted in Japanese society and the reason is that the Japanese have a traditional and common conception on the family.The conception is universal in the whole society.The paper starts with the strong group sense to explore its main features and the effect on the social modernization in Japan.
