清热活血消肿Ⅰ、Ⅱ合剂对软组织损伤白细胞介素-1β和白细胞介素-6的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨清热活血消肿Ⅰ、Ⅱ合剂对软组织损伤白细胞介素 - 1β和白细胞介素 - 6的影响。方法 :将 88例病人随机分为治疗组 (45例 )和对照组 (43例 )。治疗组 :口服“清热活血消肿Ⅰ合剂” ,同时外熏洗及热敷“清热活血消肿Ⅱ合剂” ;对照组仅用“清热活血消肿Ⅱ合剂”熏洗。两组均以 10d为一疗程 ,一般 2个疗程。两组病人均与疗前、疗中、疗后检测血清IL - 1β、IL - 6水平并比较结果。结果 :两组病人血清IL - 1β、IL - 6水平变化比较 :治疗组疗后IL - 1β和IL - 6水平均较疗前非常显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,较疗中和同时间点对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;此外 ,治疗组疗中IL - 1β和IL - 6水平亦较疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组疗后IL - 1β水平较疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 6水平较疗前和疗中均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :清热活血消肿Ⅰ、Ⅱ合剂共治疗骨折并软组织损伤 ,对白细胞介素 - 1β和白细胞介素 - 6的抑制和消除作用要明显优于单独用药的对照组 ,提示中药“清热活血消肿Ⅰ、Ⅱ合剂”内服及外熏洗治疗软组织损伤疗效确切 ,较单纯熏洗及口服疗法优越。Objective:To discuss the influence of 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong I-II Heji' on serum level of IL-1β and IL-6 in soft tissue injury.Methods:All of the 88 cases were divided randomly into treating group (n=45) and control group (n=43). The former was treated by 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong I Heji' per os and 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong II Heji' with fumigation and steaming method along with hot compress. The latter was treated by 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong II Heji' with fumigation and steaming along with hot compress only. The serum level of IL-1β, IL-6 of the two groups were detected at some fixed time during the treating and compared.Results:The serum level of IL-1β, IL-6 of the treating group after treating were much lower than that before treating (P<0.01), and lower than that at the middle of treating time and that at the same checking time of the control group (P<0.05); Besides, IL-1β and IL-6 of the treating group at the middle time were also lower than that before treating (P<0.05). As to the control group, IL-1β after treating was lower than that before treating (P<0.05), while IL-6 after treating was lower than that both before treating and at the middle time of treating (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating closed fracture with soft tissue injury by 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong I-II Heji' (oral and external administration) have the superiority of inhibition or elimination effect on patients' serum level of IL-1β, IL-6 to the 'Qing Re Huo Xue Xiao Zhong II Heji' (external administration only).
