摘　　要：总结、介绍上海市徐汇区中心医院自 1997年至 2 0 0 2年继续医学教育管理工作。目标明确 ,继续教育深入员工 ;领导重视 ,网络健全 ;定期培训 ,制度完善 ;生动活泼 ,形式多样 ;措施有力 ,经费落实 ;严格管理 ,奖惩挂钩 ,是院继续教育管理工作要点 ,从而保证继续医学教育效果显著 ,成果备出 :卫技人员继续医学教育学分完成率逐年上升、论文发表数逐年上升、科研课题项目逐年上升。对Ⅰ类学分项目鼓励申报、保证经费、专人管理是继教管理的重点和抓手。The authors are the administrators of CME at Xuhui hospital in Shanghai. This article summarizes the management of CME from 1997-2002 at Xuhui Central Hospital in Shanghai. The important points in our management are: explicit objectives, wide acceptance by hospital personnel, great importance stressed by hospital head, establishment of a complete network, periodical training, complete rules and regulations, adoption of strong measures, definitely fulfilled funds, strict management, and linkage of reward and punishment. All these guaranteed the good results in CME, as shown in yearly increase in hospital staff participating, and the yearly increase in research work as well as articles published. We encourage the application for grade I research items and guarantee their financial support. We consider a group of special persons should be put in full change of the management of CME.
