面颈部烧伤皮肤再生修复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察烧伤湿性医疗技术 (MEBT MEBO)对面颈部烧伤皮肤再生修复的疗效。方法 :在 14 6例面颈部烧伤病人中 ,114例采用MEBT MEBO治疗 (治疗组 ) ,32例采用烫伤膏治疗 (对照组 ) ,比较创面愈合时间、治愈率和瘢痕形成等。结果 :MEBT MEBO治疗组除Ⅲ度烧伤形成瘢痕和实行植皮各 1例外 ,上述各项指标均优于烫伤膏组。结论 :MEBTObjective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in skin regenerative repair of faciocervical burn wounds. Method: 114 out of the146 cases of faciocervical burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO (treatment group) and 32 cases treated with Tang Shang Gao (control group). The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared, including wound healing time, curative rate and scar formation, etc. Result: In MEBT/MEBO treatment group, all the observed items showed better results than that in control group. 2 patients had 3rd degree burn wounds, one of them had scar formation and the other needed skin grafting. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has marked efficacy for skin regenerative repair of faciocervical burn wounds.
