摘　　要：目的 :探讨一种科学的方法对手烧伤晚期畸形进行功能重建。方法 :采用了手术与非手术相结合的方法 ,对 6 2例病人 ,80只手烧伤晚期功能障碍进行重建。结果 :局部改形 31例 ,大张全厚或中厚植皮 2 7例 ,皮瓣移植 4例 ,手术均成功 ,术后注重康复治疗 ,畸形改善 ,功能得到最大限度恢复。结论 :手烧伤晚期功能重建如何 ,烧伤早期正确处理是基础 ,整形手术是关键 。Objective: To find a method for function reconstruction of burned and deformed hands. Method: 62 cases involving 80 hands were treated with non-operative or operative methods to reconstruct hand functions at the late stage of burn. 31 cases were subjected to local reshaping operation, 27 cases received large full-thickness or moderate-thickness skin transplantation and 4 cases received skin flap transplantation. Result: All the operations were very satisfactory. Deformity was corrected and the function was recovered to the greatest extent. Conclusion: For burned hand function reconstruction, it is very important to receive good treatment of burn wounds at the early stage, then good plastic surgical operation and finally good rehabilitation.
