中草药添加剂对肉鸡胆固醇代谢的影响

摘　　要：将 6 0只艾维茵肉鸡随机分为A、B、C、D共 4组 ,A为对照组 ;B、C、D均为试验组 ,分别用含 2 0、30、4 0 g/kg中草药添加剂的饲料进行 4周饲喂试验。结果表明 ,试验组鸡血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和肌肉中胆固醇水平均低于对照组 ,其中C和D组与对照组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清中高密度脂蛋白含量与对照组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;另外 ,试验组增重略高于对照组 ,而料肉比低于对照组。试验结果说明 ,该中草药添加剂具有下调鸡肉胆固醇含量和改善肉鸡生产性能的作用 ;在饲料中的添加量以 30g/kg为宜。Sixty AA broiler chickens were allotted to A,B, C and D group, 15 chickens for each.Chickens in Group A, as control, were fed with the diet having no the Chinese medical additive developed by us, and chickens in Group B, C and D were fed respectively with the diets having respectively 20 g/kg, 30 g/kg and 40 g/kg the Chinese medical additive for 4 weeks. The results showed that levels of serum cholesterol, (low-density) lipoprotein and muscle cholesterol in Group C and D are significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), growth performance in test groups are lightly higher than that in Group A and feed conversion ratio is lower than that in Group A. In summary, the Chinese medical additive has the function to down-regulate level of muscle cholesterol and improve growth performance and its proper ratio adding to diet is 30 g/kg.
