摘  要:研制了微渣耐磨堆焊焊条,发现当焊条药皮中加入一定比例的石墨后,能大幅度提高保护效果,焊道上渣很少,达到了多层多道焊不需清渣的目的,同时进行了硬度、磨损试验。结果表明:堆焊金属具有较高硬度和良好的耐磨性,达到了预期的目的。A kind of special wear-resisting electrode forming a little slag was developed. It was found that its protecting effect is greatly raised after adding certain proportion of graphite into the coating of the electrode. This electrode forms only a little slag on the beads so that it does not needs to be knocked off in the process of multi-layer and multi-weld. At the same time, hardness and wear abrasion tests were performed. The results show that the welding metal has high hardness and wearability.
