水分亏缺下SA和6-BA对大花蕙兰的生理调控效应  被引量:11

摘  要:在水分亏缺下以外源水杨酸SA和6 BA处理大花蕙兰叶片,研究外源激素对大花蕙兰水分生理特性的影响。对内源激素IAA、ZR、ABA和保护酶SOD,CAT活性以及MDA含量的测定结果表明,0.5~4.5mmol/LSA和2.5~4.5mmol/L的6 BA可使IAA含量增高。0.5~2.5mmol/L的SA和2.5~4.5mmol/L的6 BA均使ZR含量增高。0.5~4.5mmol/L的SA和6 BA均有抑制ABA含量的作用。0.5~4.5mmol/L的SA和2.5~4.5mmol/L的6 BA可提高SOD活性和CAT活性,降低MDA含量。2.5~4.5mmol/L的SA可提高净光合速率(Pr),增加水分利用效率(WUE),2.5mmol/L的6 BA也可提高WUE。Leaves of Cymbidium 'old friend' were treated with SA and 6-BA on water deficiency.It was tested not only the endogenous hormone such as IAA,ZR,ABA but the activity of protect enzyme SOD and CAT and MDA content.Results showed that application of SA within the concentration of 0.5~4.5 mmol/L improved the IAA content in sprout,and 6-BA within the concentration of 2.5~4.5 mmol/L improved the IAA content too.SA within (0.5~2.5 mmol/L) improved ZR content and 6-BA within 2.5~4.5 mmol/L also improved ZR content.All SA and 6-BA winthin 0.5~4.5 mmol/L restrained ABA content.SA within 0.5~4.5 mmol/L and 6-BA winthin 2.5~4.5 mmol/L improved the activity of SOD and CAT,lowered MDA content.SA within 2.5~4.5 mmol/L improved net photosynthetic rate and water using efficiency.The 6-BA within 2.5 mmol/L had the effect of increasing water (using) efficiency.
