摘  要:探讨EPDM/PP动态硫化热塑性硫化胶与导电炭黑复合材料导电性的影响因素。结果表明 ,导电炭黑用量(小于 15份 )增大 ,复合材料的体积电阻率显著减小 ,EPDM/PP共混比为 70 /3 0的复合材料减小趋势较缓 ;EPDM/PP共混比从 3 0 /70增大到 5 0 /5 0 ,复合材料的体积电阻率减小 ;EPDM/PP共混比大于 5 0 /5 0后 ,随着共混比增大 ,复合材料的体积电阻率呈增大趋势 ;导电炭黑用量达到 10份后复合材料热老化前后体积电阻率变化不大 ;复合材料具有明显的NTC效应 ,在The effective factors on the electric conductivity of conductive carbon black/dynamically-cured EPDM/PP TPV composite were investigated.The volume resistance of the composite decreased significantly as the level of conductive carbon black increased up to 15 phr,and the decreasing tendency slowed down as the EPDM/PP with the blending ratio of 70/30 was used;the volume resistance of the composite decreased as the blending ratio of EPDM/PP increased from 30/70 to 50/50;the volume resistance tended to increase as the blending ratio of EPDM/PP increased to higher than 50/50;the volume resistance of the composite before the thermal aging was similar to that after the thermal aging as the level of conductive carbon black increased to higher than 10 phr;and the composite had remarkable NTC effect,the volome resistance changed little under the semi-melting condition at 180 ℃.
