摘 要:本文应用质点系动力学理论分析了具有一定厚度的物料群在皮带上滑动时的运动状态,发现了当皮带与物料间的摩擦系数人大朴物料内摩擦系数f_i时,料流分为两组;当f_e≤f_i时,料流为一维流动。并给出了各种情况下不同物料层的滑动距离。提出了减少带面摩损的新方案。Applying the theory of particle system dynamics, this paper analyses the moving state in which the grain material group of a certain thickness slipped on a belt. It is found that the grain material flow on the belt will divide into two parts when fe the frictional coefficient between the belt and the grain material is greater than fi the internal frictional coefficient of the grain material and will become one dimensional flow when fe is less than or equal to fi. And the paper also gives the slipping distance of different grain material layers under various conditions and puts forward a new scheme of reducing the friction of the belt surface.
