摘　　要：简要介绍了柴油机喷油凸轮轴的材料及生产工艺 ,通过对凸轮轴在生产过程中产生的裂纹的金相检测 ,分析了裂纹形成的机理 ,找出了产生裂纹的原因 。This paper briefly introduces the material and production process of the fuel injection pump camshaft of diesel engine.Through the metal graphic detection of cracking during the camshaft production,the mechanism of crack formation is analyzed,the cracking causes are worked out and some preventive measures are offered.
