摘  要:以苯酐、尿素、金属盐、钼酸铵为原料,用固相法合成出一系列金属酞菁配合物,并用元素分析、红外光谱对它们进行了表征。铜、镍、钴、钒等金属酞菁产率较高,镁、锰酞菁产率不高;不同的金属酞菁的理想反应温度为200℃-280℃之间,尿素与苯酐的摩尔比为1:5时产率最高,适量加入碳酸钠和氯化铵有利于产率的提高。本法具有工艺简单、生产稳定、质量好、成本低等优点。A series of metal phthalocyanines was synthesized using phthalic anhydride, urea, metallic salt and ammonium molybdate as raw materials in the absence of a solvent. They were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Cu-, Ni-, Co-, V-phthalocyanines were synthesized with high yields, except Mg- and Mn- phthalocyanines. The appropriate reaction temperatures for various metal phthalocyanines were 200-280℃, the mole ratio of urea to phthalic anhydride was 1:5, It would be beneficial to have the yields improved by adding a suitable dosage of sodium carbonate and ammonium chloride. This method provides a simple technological process, steady production with low production cost and good quality.
