摘  要:通过检测不同负荷有氧运动对大鼠动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中血浆CGRP、AngⅡ的变化,以期为动脉粥样硬化运动处方的制定提供一定的理论依据。选用雄性Wistar大鼠64只,随机分为:正常对照组(NC),动脉粥样硬化组(AS),动脉粥样硬化+有氧运动60min组(ASAT1),动脉粥样硬化+有氧运动120min组(ASAT2)。8周游泳训练后用放免法检测CGRP、AngⅡ。结果发现:ASAT1、ASAT2两组与AS组相比,CGRP显著升高(P<0 05),AngⅡ显著下降(P<0 05)。ASAT2与ASAT1相比,CGRP有下降趋势,差别无统计学意义。提示60min有氧训练可能通过提高动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中大鼠血浆中CGRP的含量,降低血浆AngⅡ水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程。与其相比,120min有氧训练使CGRP降低但并无统计学意义,AngⅡ变化不明显,这可能与机体的应激状态有关。In order to probe into certain theoretical foundation for the prescribe of atherosclerosis , calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) in plasma were observed under different aerobic exercise workload by radioimmunoassay in the process of atherosclerosis evolution. 64 male Wistar rats were divided into four groups at random:normal control (NC);atherosclerosis group (AS); atherosclerosis and aerobic training for one hour everyday (ASAT1); atherosclerosis and aerobic training for two hours everyday (ASAT2). Atherosclerosis and aerobic training models were set up.Results :Compared with AS group, CGRP in plasma in ASAT1 and ASAT2 group appeared ascending tendency, but AngⅡappeared decreasing tendency, both significant difference appeared (P<0.05). could be concluded that sixty minutes aerobic training increased CGRP in plasma but decreased AngⅡ ,which helped to suppress excessive hyperplasia of the smooth muscle cell of blood vessel and delayed the process of the atherosclerosis; One hundred and twenty minutes aerobic training can decrease CGRP in plasma, although no significant difference appeared , but AngⅡ slightly increase in plasma, which may be related with stress state.
