摘 要:Margaria的跑楼梯法和Wingated30秒蹬功率车法是目前常用的测试人体无氧功率的方法。但是跑楼梯法需要找到合适的楼梯,同时用脚踏计时的方法会影响跑楼梯的速度。Wingated30秒蹬功率车法需要专用的功率自行车,在普通的功率自行车上测试只能依靠人工数圈数。本研究根据Margaria的跑楼梯法原理自制了一个斜坡跑台用来替代楼梯进行无氧功率测试,使测试可以在实验室中进行,同时组装了简易光电开关计时器来取代脚踏开关计时。经测试比较发现,光电开关计时比脚踏开关计时准确性更高,测试出的无氧功率比脚踏开关结果大61%。本研究还组装了简易计圈装置,配合简易功率自行车使用,可以实现半自动计踏蹬自行车圈数,摆脱了人工计圈数,提高了测试的自动化程度和准确性,非常适合经费不足的教学单位使用。Margaria' climbing-stair test and Wingated' 30 seconds treadmill test are methods for testing the anaerobic power at present.However,climbing-stair test needs the appropriate stairs and the treading timing can affect the climbing speed.Wingated's 30 seconds treadmill test needs special ergometry cycles because accounting the circles on the onrmal cycles only depends on the manpower.So,this study develops the sloping running-platform instead of stairs to test the anaerobic power on the basis of the theory of Margaria' climbing-stair test,so as to the test is carried out in laboratory.Meanwhile,a simple photoelectrical stopwatch timing is made up instead of treading timing.It is found by testing and comparing that the accuracy of photoelectrical stopwatch timing is higher than that of treading timing, the anaerobic power result of photoelectrical switch timing is higher than that of treading timing by 61%.Furthermore,a simple equipment of accounting circles is constituted to assist the using of simple ergometry cycles,in order to realize accounting the circles autoloadingly and improve the automatization degree and accuracy of testing.The simple equipment of accounting circles is very fit for the teaching units lack of outlay.
