女性围绝经期综合征中医证型与性激素关系的研究

摘　　要：通过对 1 5 0例围绝经期女性患者性激素水平的检测 ,观察肝肾阴虚型、阴虚肝旺型、脾肾阳虚型、阴虚内热型、阴虚精亏型在性激素水平上的差异。结果 :1雌激素 ( E2 )、促卵泡生成素 ( FSH)、促黄体生成素( LH)、睾酮 ( T)水平及 LH/ FSH值在各证型间均有显著差异 P<0 .0 5 ;2阴虚肝旺型及阴虚内热型 E2 水平均较脾肾阳虚型显著降低 ,P<0 .0 5 ;3阴虚肝旺型、脾肾阳虚型、阴虚内热型、阴虚精亏型的 E2 水平均较肝肾阴虚型显著降低 ,P<0 .0 1 ,而前者的 LH、LH/ FSH均较后者显著升高。说明肝肾阴虚为女性围绝经期综合征患者共有的早期病理变化。To detect the level of sex hormone in the 150 patients with female climacteric syndrome,and observe the different levels of sex hormone in the various groups of TCM differentiations such as deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin,deficiency of yin and sthenia of liver yang,deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang,fever due to yin deficiency,yin deficiency and asthenia of essence.The results showed that there were significantly different between every groups with the level of E\-2,FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH(P<0.05);the level of E\-2 in the groups of deficiency of yin and sthenia of liver yang and fever due to yin deficiency was both obviously lower than that of deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang(P<0.05).This indicated that deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin was the common primary pathology of patients with female climacteric syndrome.
