摘  要:为探讨巴戟天对骨髓基质细胞向成骨细胞分化的影响 ,采用含药血清的方法体外培养骨髓基质细胞 ,分 A组 (巴戟天水提物组 )、B组 (巴戟天醇提物组 )、C组 (对照组 )、D组 (经典成骨诱导组 )、E组 (巴戟天水提物 +经典成骨诱导组 )、F组 (巴戟天醇提物 +经典成骨诱导组 ) ,观察各组碱性磷酸酶染色、茜素红染色、碱性磷酸酶比活性及骨钙素含量 ,结果显示碱性磷酸酶染色和茜素红染色反应强弱的顺序为 F组 >E组 >D组>B组 >A组 ,C组为阴性 ;碱性磷酸酶比活性和骨钙素 ( BGP)含量测定结果为 :A、B、D、E、F组在同一时间点均高于 C组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,E组、F组在同一时间点均高于 D组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。说明巴戟天水提物及醇提物均能促进骨髓基质细胞向成骨细胞分化 。To study the influence of Morinda officinalis How on the differentiation from marrow stroma cell (MSC) to osteoblast,culture MSC in vitro by medicated blood serum method.Using 6 groups:group A(aqueous extract),group B(alcohol extract),group c(contrast),group D(classical osteogenic induction),group E(apueous extract+classical osteogenic induction),group F(alcohol extract+classical osteogenic induction),and observe ALP staining,AIR staining,the specific activity of ALP and BGP content of each group.The result showed that the order of intensity of ALP staining and AIR staining was group F>group E>group D>group B>group A,and group C was negative,while the result of the specific activity of ALP and content of BGP was:group A,B,D,E,F higher than group cat the same time point(P<0.05);Group E,F were higher than group D at the same time point(P<0.05).It was manifested that aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Morinda officinalis How could both promote the differentiation from MSC to osteoblast,and the effect of alcohol extract was stronger than that of aqueous extract.
