对煤矿关井压产的几点思考

摘　　要：采用自生长模型分析了乡镇煤矿产量的变化趋势 ,以及关井压产、总量控制对煤炭行业健康发展的重要作用。认为调整煤炭生产技术结构必须淘汰技术落后的生产能力 ,以保持煤炭供需平衡和价格稳定 。This paper analyses the change trend of the production of Township and Village Coal Mine and the significant effect of mine closure and production control on the healthy development of coal industry. Then the author draws a conclusion that out of date technology must be eliminated to adjust the coal production technological structure so that balance of coal supply and demand and stable coal price can be kept and the healthy development of coal industry can be promoted.
