摘　　要：汉川、安陆和应城3市,以招商的方式,走林工一体化道路加速发展速生丰产林,取得了初步成效。其主要经验:领导重视、以诚招商;部门协调、服务到位;基层配合、兑现承诺。在招商兴林中突出工业化理念;采用市场化手段;谋求区域化布局和注重规范化管理。最后针对运行中存在的问题提出了相关建议和对策。The local governments of Hanchuan City, Anlu City, Yingcheng City introduce the new way of absorbing the business financial support and promoting investment to the forestry. The new forestry-industry integration has made the preliminary effect. The main experiences are: the leaders pay attention to the sincerer investment;the department coordination and superior service;the cooperation of local government and the implementation of the commitment. The authors put emphasis on discussing the industrialized idea to promote the investment and the adoption of the market-based means to seek the reasonable regional arrangement and standardized management. At last, the authors give the relevant suggestion and countermeasure on solving the existing problems in the development of forestry._
