摘　　要：介绍了某型舰炮随动系统嵌入式在线测试诊断的设计方法,阐述了一种多处理器单总线结合嵌入计算机实现多通道数据采集的测试结构,选用了 ADUC812单片机数据采集器,并对通讯接口电路及软件作了设计说明。论述了系统测试诊断软件及有关技术。经实际运行证明该系统具有有效、快速、准确的故障监测诊断能力。This paper introduces the design way of the on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for servo system of a navy gun.A multichannel data cllection structure is presented with a multiprocessor and a single bus embedded in computer.This system adopts AD μ C812 data acquistion board,and its inter- face and software design are described and analyzed.System test and diagnostic software and associated technique are stated as well.Practical operation of the system proves that the system has satisfactory reliability and validity of fast diagnosis.
