摘 要:采用石灰-铝盐两段净化工艺,对高浓度酸性含氟废水进行处理研究。介绍了pH值、沉淀时间、搅拌时间、A1/F等条件对处理水残氟的影响。结果表明:控制一段pH=11,淀淀1h,二段pH=6~8,A1/F=4,沉淀2h,处理后外排水中氟浓度小于10mg/L,达到国家排放标准。该工艺简单可行、操作方便,经现场验证,效果良好。The lime-aluminium salt process with two-stage purification was used for treating the highly consistency acidity wastewater which contains fluoride.The impact of such factors as pH,time of subside?mix round and A1/F on the rest of the fluoride of treatment water were studied.The results of tests show that under the condition of pH=6~8,A1/F=4,and precipitation for two hour for second stage,the treated wastewater with an fluoride content of less than 10?mg/L come up to the national discharge standard.The process is simple in technology,easy in operation and has been validate in the case,the effect of locale is all right.
