摘  要:为了探讨和研究木荷 (Schima superba Gardn et. Champ.)种子的休眠和萌发特性 ,使用生物鉴定 (白菜籽发芽试验 ) ,赤霉素溶液浸种及低温层积等方法 ,寻找引起种子休眠的原因和解除休眠的措施。结果表明 :木荷种子本身含有发芽抑制物质和缺乏发芽促进物质是引起其休眠的 2个主要原因 ,通过冷水连续浸泡 5 d,或用质量浓度为 30 mg/10 0 ml的赤霉素溶液浸种 2 4 h,或采用低温层积 4 0 d,都能有效地解除休眠 ,促进萌发 ,萌发率可由 14 %提高到 4 0 .0 %~ 5 2 .0 % ,其中以赤霉素浸种效果最好 ;低温层积后 ,适宜的萌发温度为 2 5℃和In order to approach and study the dormancy and germination properties and find the causes of dormancy and the measures to break outdormancy of seeds of Schima Superba Gardn et.Champ,some methods such as soaking seeds in cold water (5℃ ) for 5 days or soaking seeds in gibberellin solution for 2 4 hours or cold stratified were used.The results shown that it is the 2 principal causes of dormancy that the seeds of Schima Superba Gardn et.Champ contain some restraining substance for germination and lack of promoting substance for germination.By soaked in cold water (5℃ ) for5 days or soaked in gibberellin solution with30 mg/ 10 0 ml for2 4 hoursorcold stratified(5℃ ) for4 0 days,the dormancy of seeds of Schima Superba Gardn et.Champ can be broken and the germination can be improved sufficient. The germination rate can be improved from14 .0 % to4 0 .0 % - 5 2 .0 % .Among these measures,the effect of soaked in gibberellin solution is the best. After cold stratification,the appropriate temperatures for germinating are constant temperature 2 5℃ and 30℃ .
