摘　　要：本文针对当前我国欠发达地区农产品交易中存在的问题 ,以山西为例对“物物交易”现象及其所反映的深层次问题进行了经济学分析 ,进而提出了加大宏观控制力度 ,不断完善并规范粮食市场 ;提高农民科技文化素质 ,引导农户从事市场导向型农业生产经营活动以及促进农村商业中介组织发展壮大等政策性建议。This article indicates the defects of agricultural produce exchange in underdeveloped zone, analyzes a phenomenon of 'produce exchange produce' and its essential problem by economy method.In order to settle the embarrassment,the article puts forward some countermeasures as follows:further perfect and standardize the food supplies;improve the farmers' science and technology skills;encourage the farmers' market-oriented production,management and the development of the township business.
