摘　　要：列举了当前文献主题标引工作中存在的一些问题 ,如主题词检索点狭窄、匮乏、陈旧等。结合工作实践提出几条解决问题的思路 ,即通过增加主题词、自由标引、著录格式应统一以及参考其他图书馆的馆藏数据等。This paper has enumerated some existing problems in the work of the subject indexing of documents.The searching points of the theme words are narrow,deficient and outdated.Based on the working practice of several years,the author puts forward several suggestions for the solution to the present problems,such as increasing theme words,the adoption of free indexing,unifying descriptive forms and consulting the data stored in other libraries,etc..
