摘 要:通过模拟试验,系统地研究了综放开采顶煤移动与放出规律、煤岩分界线形状,不同采放比、不同放煤步距、不同煤岩粒径比条件下的顶煤采出率与含矸率等,在理论上提出了顶煤采出率的预测方法.放煤的煤岩分界线为二次曲线,运用放煤前后分界线所围成的煤量减去放煤工艺损失量可预测放出煤量,采放比为1∶2、"二刀一放"时,放煤效果较好.Studied the law of the movement and the flow of the top-coal, the boundary curve of the caved coal and rock, and the recovery ratio and the refuse content for the different top-coal thickness, running coal distance, caved rock diameter by means of simulation experiment.A theoretical method of calculating top-coal recovery ratio was put forward.The quadratic curve may be used to fit the boundary of running coal and rock.The top-coal recovery can be calculated by the closed top-coal of the pre and after running coal boundaries except the lose top-coal during running coal.When the top-coal thickness is two times of the coal face height and running coal after cutting coal by coal machine, the running coal is satisfactory.
