摘　　要：人民法院依法独立行使审判权,减少司法腐败,实现司法公正,必须采取三大举措:人大监督不应直接发布命令,党委由横向领导转变为纵向领导,建立独立的司法机关经费机制。The three measures safeguarding the independent try of the people's court are: a. no direct order from N.P.C.; b. the change of the horizontal leadership into the vertical one of the Party committee; c. the establishment of funds system of the independent judicature.
