摘　　要：目的　探讨社区老人心电图异常与认知功能及相关生化指标的关系。方法　采用常规心电图检查、认知功能(MMSE 30评分)测定及生化检查。结果　对 239 例社区老人进行检查,发现 Q-T间期与MMSE 30 评分显著相关(系数为-0.202,P<0.05),某些心电图指标提示与血糖、血脂、血清一氧化氮浓度(NO)、总抗氧化能力相关(T AOD)。结论　心电图Q T间期异常可能是认知功能下降的早期指标之一。Objective To explore the correlation between electrocardiograph (EKG) and cognitive function,biochemical indexes among community old people.Methods EKG check,mini-mental status examination(MMSE) and biochemical test were applied.Results 239 community elderly were administered.There was significant correlation between Q-T interval and scores of MMSE,the coefficient being-0.202,P<0.05 among community old people.There were some significant correlations between EKG and some biochemical indexes such as blood sugar,blood lipid,nitrioxide(NO),total anti-oxide(TAOD) among community old people.Conclusion Abnormal Q-T interval maybe one early sign of poor cognitive function status.
