再生障碍性贫血患者血清IL-8和IFN-α水平的检测

摘　　要：目的　探讨再生障碍性贫血 (AA)的细胞免疫状态及白细胞介素 8(IL - 8)和干扰素α(IFN α)在AA免疫发病机制中的作用。方法　应用夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测 5 0例AA患者及 30名正常人血清中IL - 8和IFN α水平。结果　AA、急性AA(AAA)及慢性AA(CAA)患者血清中IL - 8和IFN α水平均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;AAA组二者水平又明显高于CAA组 (P <0 .0 1)。对AA组IL - 8和IFN α水平作直线相关分析显示 ,二者呈显著正相关 (r =0 .70 3,P <0 0 1)。结论　AA患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,IL - 8和IFN α的过量分泌可能在AA ,特别是AAA的发病机制中起一定的作用。Objective To explor the immunological status of aplastic anemia (AA) and the role of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interferon-α(IFN-α) in the pathogenesis of AA. Methods Serum levels of IL-8 and IFN-α in 50 patients and 30 normal controls were measured by sandwith enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of IL-8 and IFN-α increased significantly in AA, acute AA (AAA) and chronic AA (CAA) patients than in normal controls (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the IL-8 and IFN-α levels in AAA group were much higher than those in CAA group (P<0.01). The serum level of IL-8 was positively related to IFN-α in AA group (r=0.703,P<0.01). Conclusion There are immunological disorders in patients with AA and the overproduction of IL-8 and IFN-α might be involved in the immunopathogenesis of AA.
