摘　　要：介绍了研究我国材种出材率表编制技术规程的目的意义、研究原则和规程的主要内容,简要评价了这一国家标准预期的经济效益,通过与国际同类标准的对比,阐述了其主要优点,提出了贯彻该标准的措施和建议。The study purposes and principles on the national technical rules for construction of merchantable volume ratio tables in China are introduced in this paper. The main contents of these rules are also introduced. The expected economic benefits of this national standard are evaluated briefly. The main advantages of this one are expounded by comparison with the similar international standards and other countries' standards in the world. Some measures and suggestions for putting this standard into effect are advanced.
