摘 要:目的为去骨瓣减压术后的颅脑损伤病人寻找一种理想的颅骨修复材料方法骨瓣于术后立即保存于超低温冰箱, 待病人能作颅骨修复时行再植手术。结果通过组织学切片发现所有保存颅骨都保持存活,颅骨形态结构无明显变化,再植后颅 骨绝大多数呈骨性愈合。结论较长时间内颅骨在超低温下能有效保持存活,再植后大多数能形成骨性愈合。Objective To look for the ideal skull-mending materals after decompressive craniotomy in the patients with cranio-cerebral injury. Methods The skull bone graft was stored in the ultra-hypothermal freezer immediately after decompressive craniotomy, and replanted to the patient at adequate time after the craniotomy. Results The hestiological examination showed that all stored skull bones are kept living and the morphological structure of the bone was notablly unchanged. The osseous fusion occurred in most of the patients receiving replantation of ultra-hypothermally stored bones. Conclusions Skull bone are kept living at ultra-hypothermia for a longer time and most replanted skull bone healed osseously.
