摘 要:随着科学技术的发展,要求电子设备具有高密度、体积小、工作频率高的特点.变压器体积的减小以及工作频率的提高是一个急需解决的问题,为此设计出了一种无芯印刷板变压器.无芯印刷板变压器去除了磁心,从而减小了电子设备的体积,提高了电子设备的性能以及生产的自动化,在高频段具有良好的电气特性.并对无芯印刷板变压器进行了理论分析和测试,利用电路理论推出无芯PCB变压器的等效电路,由此推导出其输入阻抗、输出阻抗以及频率响应特性的数学表达式对所推导的电路模型进行验证.实验测出的数据结果与理论分析相一致,验证了提出电路模型的正确性.It is required that the electronic equipment have high density, small volume and high operating frequency with the development of science and technology. The key is reducing volume and enhancing the operating frequency of the coreless PCB transformers. So the coreless PCB transformers are designed. The coreless PCB transformers get rid of the magnetic core in order that their volumes are reduced and their properties and integrated production are improved. The coreless PCB transformers have good high-frequency characteristics. They have a good application future in modern micro-electronic elements and portable equipments. The paper will analyze the theories and study the performance of coreless PCB transformers and structure, and then derive the equivalent circuit model of coreless PCB transformers according to the modern circuit theory. Finally the mathematical expressions of input impedance, output impedance and frequency response will be derived, which is proved by experiments.
