摘  要: 采用人工配制不同浓度铅(Pb2+)(分别为0,0.7,1.4,14,70mg·L-1)培养液,研究铅对花背蟾蜍(BuforaddeiStrauch)受精卵出膜及蝌蚪生长的影响.其结果表明,铅对花背蟾蜍受精卵出膜时间影响不大(P>0.05),出膜率与Pb2+浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.01).与对照组相比,染毒组的蝌蚪死亡率和畸形率大大增加,其中肌肉感应期对Pb2+最为敏感,因畸形而导致蝌蚪运动能力丧失、对外界刺激反应迟钝、进食少也是蝌蚪死亡的主要原因之一.在一定浓度范围内,铅对蝌蚪生长(测量指标包括体重、尾宽、尾长、体长)有明显的抑制作用.The current study investigates the toxic effects of lead on the hatching of Bufo raddei Strauch spawns and on the development of tadepoles cultured in the artificial aqueous solutions containing different concentrations of lead (Pb+{2+}).The result show that lead has little influence on the hatching time of the Bufo raddei spawn (P>0.05)and there is well negative co|relation between hatchability and Pb2+ concentration (P<0.01).However, in contrast with the control group, the rate of death and maformation of tadpoles in treatment groups increased greatly. It was found that tadpoles were quite sensitive to Pb2+during sens stage. That is that element lead in some concentrations can restraint distinctly the development of tadpoles (weight, width of tail, length of tail and body)
