摘　　要：　我国水资源缺乏和污染的问题已成为制约我国经济发展的重要因素.文中试将中美两国水资源利用状况做出有建设性的比较,以期能从不同的角度探讨我国水资源的开发利用的合理途径,以保护生态环境,促进我国经济的持续发展.The Problem of lack of water becomes more and more serious, which constitutes the main factor to restrict the development of economy in our country. This paper tries to compare the situations of China and those of America in reusing of water resources, so as to make an inquiry into the way of water resource control, to improve ecological and environmental protection and to advance the further development of our county's economy.
