摘 要:三种微生物肥料菌剂与有机物腐熟并粉碎的玉米和小麦秸秆按一定的比例混合后 ,加入 3浓度 4种组合的化肥 ,充分混合后 2 4h、12 0h和 35 0h取样检测微生物的数量。结果表明 :化肥和有机物混合物中化肥和微生物制剂接触时间对微生物活性的影响 ,因化肥浓度的不同而异 ,固氮菌在低浓度时随时间的延长活菌数反而增加 ;解磷和解钾菌都具有中间活菌减少后期增加的现象。在一定化肥浓度范围内 ,化肥浓度越高固氮菌活菌数越低 ,化肥浓度较低时 ,无机养分可以促进固氮菌的生长 ;化肥的浓度影响解磷菌的活性 ,但是 ,不如化肥接种时间和化肥品种影响显著 ;化肥浓度显著影响解钾菌的活性 ,化肥在低浓度时能够促进解钾菌的生长。化肥的组成对固氮菌、解磷菌和解钾菌存活和生长的影响比较复杂 。The bacteria preparations was mixed with fermented corn strew, wheat strew and chemical fertilizers according to certain ratio. Chemical fertilizer was with 4 concentrations and every concentration level with 4 kinds of component. The amount of azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus.subtilis and Bacillus mucilaginosus were tested in the experiments. The amount of living bacteria in the mixture was samopled after inoculated 24h, 120h and 350h. The results showed: Effect of time that bacteria mixed with organic matter and chemical fertilizers on bacteria living and propagation was different with different chemical fertilizer concentrations. The amount of Azotobacter chroococcum in the mixture increased along with mixing time longing when chemical fertilizer concentration was lower. The amount of Bacillus.subtilis and Bacillus mucilaginosus in the mixture tested at third time was larger than that at second time. Chemical fertilizer concentration and component of the mixture affected bacteria amount in the mixture evidently.
