凉血解毒中药治疗银屑病的实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨凉血解毒中药治疗银屑病的疗效 ,以小鼠尾部鳞片模型 ,观察凉血解毒汤 (主药 :生地黄、紫草、生槐花、大青叶等 )和复方青黛丸 (主药 :青黛、土茯苓、丹参、白芷等 )对表皮颗粒层鳞片数的影响。结果 :凉血解毒汤能诱导鼠尾表皮颗粒细胞的形成 ,并使颗粒细胞数增加 ,复方青黛丸的作用则不明显。提示凉血解毒中药对小鼠银屑病模型有较好的作用。To explore the clinical efficacy of blood-cooling and toxin-relieving herbs in the treatment of psoriasis,the experimental psoriasis in mices tails was treated respectively by 'Liangxue Jiedu Decoction' and 'Fufang Qingdai Pill',and the number of scale in keratohyaline layer was observed.Results:'Liangxue Jiedu Decoction' could induce the production of epidermal granular cell and increase the cell in number,while 'Fufang Qingdai Pill' worked little on them.It is indicated that blood-cooling and toxin-relieving herbs have good effects on psoriasis.
