摘　　要：首先给出了柱坐标系下拉普拉斯方程的第三边值问题,进而证明了拉普拉斯方程的第三边值问题等价于一个泛函变分的极值问题,最后指出了将拉普拉斯方程第三边值问题转换为等价的泛函变分极值问题的好处.This paper presents the Laplance Equation with third boundary value problem in the pillar coordinate first, then proves that the Laplance Equation with third border problem and the problem in the variation calculus are equivalent, and finally gives the advantages of this kind of transformation.
