摘　　要：高校科研管理应建立合理的科研评价和考核制度 ,充分激发科研人员的积极性 ;实行项目过程质量管理 ,进一步提高项目研究质量 ;重视科研成果的转化与应用 ,促进科技与经济的结合。A rational check_up and evaluation system for scientific research should be set up,so as to stimulate scientific researchers;to carry out quality management of project process in order to further raise project quality;to pay more attention to the transformation and application of scientific research results in order to promote the combination of science and technology with economy.
