摘 要:在对聚合物共混体系相容性表征的常用方法进行简单综述的基础上,介绍了通过测定共混体系中组分玻璃化转变温度的变化计算共混聚合物之间相互作用参数的方法。该方法将Flory-Huggins溶液热力学理论应用于聚合物共混体系,处理过程简单,适用性强,可以较好地表征聚合物合金的相容性。The morphology of a polymer blend is mainly determined by the compatibility between components in the polymer blending system.Therefore,the precise characterization of the compatibility in the polymer blending system becomes imperative.Several useful methods for characterization of compatibility in polymer blending systems were briefly reviewed,and the emphasis was put on the introduction of a newly-developed method in which polymer-polymer interaction parameters (Flory-Huggins parameters) could be calculated through a series of equations,based on the measurements on the migration of glass transition temperatures of polymer components in the blending systems.The Flory-Huggins parameters will give a clear and quantitative characterization on the extent of compatibility in the partly miscible polymer-polymer blends,with simple treatments and good applicability.
