通脉降脂胶囊中姜黄素、游离大黄酸及大黄素含量的测定

摘　　要：①目的　测定通脉降脂胶囊中姜黄素、游离大黄酸、游离大黄素的含量。②方法　采用薄层层析 -比色的方法测定通脉降脂胶囊中各成分的含量。③结果　每粒胶囊中各成平均含量分别为姜黄素 3 .0 4mg、游离大黄酸 0 .1 4 4mg、游离大黄素 0 .2 2 7mg。RSD分别为 2 .7%、0 .85 %、2 .0 %。回收率分别为 98.7%、1 0 2 .3 %、98.3 %。④结论　薄层层析 -比色法测定通脉降脂胶囊中的主要成分方法回收率较好 。Objective To determine the contents of curcumin, free rhein and free emodin in Tongmaijiangzhi Capsule.Methods The contents of curcumin, free Rhein and free Emodin in Tongmaijiangzhi Capsule were detacted by useing TLC-Colorimetric method. Results The average contents for curcumin, free rehin and free cmodin are 3.04 mg,0.144 mg, 0.227 mg respectively, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) are 2.7%, 0.85%, 2.0% respectively,rate of recovery are 98.7%, 102.3%, 98.3% in every capsule. Conclusion TLC-Colorimetric method to determine the main contents in Tongmaijiangzhi Capsule is better for its rate of recovery. It is suitable for pharmacy in hospital or small enterprise to control the Chinese Tradition Medicine quality.
