摘　　要：①目的　探讨铁路学校儿童个性特征与行为问题之间的关系。②方法　采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)与Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL)对济南地区铁路学校 1 2～ 1 6岁 1 4 80名学生进行测查。③结果　男女生情绪不稳定 /倾不稳定型行为问题检出率高于中间型 ;情绪稳定 /倾稳定型 ,内向、外向型行为问题现患率无显著性差异 ;精神质型行为问题检出率高于中间型、非精神质型。相关分析表明 ,男女生P、N量表与CBCL各因子均成正相关 ,L量表与CBCL各因子均成负相关。男生E量表与违纪、残忍 2个因子成正相关。女生E量表与焦虑强迫、抑郁退缩 2个因子成负相关 ,与攻击性成正相关。④结论　儿童个性与行为问题密切相关 ,相互影响 。Objective To study the relationship between children's personality and behavior problems in Jinan Railway Middle schools. Methods 1480 children aged 12-16 years from Jinan railway primary and middle schools were examied using Achenbach Child Behavior(CBCL) and Eysenck Personality Questionaire. Results The occurrence of behavior problems in emotional instability /semi-instability groups were higher than those of stability/semi-stability and medial type groups. It was not significantly correlated to introversion and extroversion, and it was higher in psychoticism group than in medial type and non- psychoticism groups. The correlative analysis shewed that P, N scales were positively correlated with factors in CBCL, and L was negatively correlated to them. Boys' E scales was positively correlated to violating a ban, cruelty. Girls' E scale was negatively correlated to anxiety, depression, and was positively correlated to aggression. Conclusions There is close relationship between chilelren's personality and behavior problems, and influence with each other. The relationship between them has no difference in sex.
