摘　　要：按照现代企业制度的要求组建邮政企业集团,是推进中国邮政企业改革的重要一步。在阐述组建邮政企业集团的紧迫性、步骤及其原则的基础上,重点探讨了中国邮政专业子公司的专业重组和设置方案,同时对邮政企业集团治理结构进行了分析,最后对各项配套制度改革提出了一些建议。To set up postal enterprise groups according to the requirements of the modern enterprise institution is a decisive step to push the reform of Chinese Postal enterprises. Based on an expatiation of urgency,procedures and principles of setting up postal enterprise groups,the paper mainly deals with the specialized reorganization and the establishment of specialized subsidiaries of Chinese posts,analyzes the governing structure of postal enterprise group,and finally puts forward some suggestions about the reform of coordinated systems.
