摘　　要：从新制度经济学的分析方法出发 ,可发现我国食品安全卫生社会性规制变迁的特征 ,在肯定这种变迁模式在实际运行中取得成功的同时 ,也发现了它的不足之处。为此 ,应采取措施 ,完善下一轮规制变迁。Neo-institutional economic analysis helps us understand the characteri stics of changes in the social regulation of safe hygiene of food. While the suc cess of this model in practice is on the affirmative,its flaws may not be overl ooked. Thus,the author maintains that some measures should be taken to fulfill the next round of change in a proper manner.
