摘　　要：资本是现代企业生产经营的基本要素,是企业发展的重要推动力量,资本是否有效运营是企业生存、发展、获利的关键,并对资本运营的内涵条件,目前企业资本运营存在的问题,以及入世后我国企业资本运营策略,提出了自己的看法.Capital is the basic elements for modern business to product and run,which it is importance motive force for business to develop and its effective running is a critical for business to surrive,develop and profit.This paper sets forth the content and condition of business capital running at present.It also sets up some tatics of business capital running in our country after joining WTO.
