摘　　要：　文章通过测定中缅树鼠句在冷驯化(1h,4h,8h,1d)中肝脏线粒体呼吸状态III和状态IV呼吸的变化情况,从而探讨中缅树鼠句对不同冷环境的适应情况及中缅树鼠句肝脏产热的机理及其与质子漏的产热的关系。In this paper, we had measured the mitochondrial respiration of the III state and the IV state of the liver in the tree shrews, which had been exposured under cold surrounding temperature during different time(1h,4h,8h,1d).Then we study the effects of cold exposure on mitochondrial respiration of liver in tree shrews and poton leak dependent thermogenesis.
