摘 要: 文章根据体育专业不同专项学生编制暗示套语时暗示目标的统计分析,发现不同的运动项目第一暗示目标存在差异,反映出学生专项心理的重要特质;同一专项中暗示目标排序有一定差别但存在共性,反映出学生心理的个别差异以及体育教学和竞赛的心理共性;而学生暗示语的运用既体现了学生鲜明的个性也显现了内部言语的共性。通过对暗示训练效果的问卷调查发现训练效果与个体接受暗示的程度相吻合,并显示暗示训练对近50%的人有作用,同时反映出暗示训练对学生多种心理问题有效。文章建议在体育专业学生的运动训练和比赛中帮助学生制定操作性强的暗示套语,引入暗示训练方法,可以在一定程度上提高和改善学生的专项心理素质,以提高训练质量和比赛水平。This paper makes statistics of analysis for the hint goal when sport professional different special student draws up hint polite formula, discovers different sport project first hint goal to have discrepancy, reflects the important special quality of student special psycholigy; In a project, hint that gosl row order has certain discrepancy, but also has general character, this reflection makes the psychological general character of contest as well as sport teaching and the individual discrepancy of student psychology; And student hint ianguage utilize to embody the character with bright student the general character that has also show internal spoken language. Through the questionnaire individual of hint training effect, discover that train effect with individual accept the level of hint appearance coincide, and show that hint to train, have effective problem for student various psychology. The suggestion of this paper in the sport of sport professional student train with match in help the hint polite formula of strong student established operatingness, lead into hint to train method, can raise and improve the special psychological special quality of student on certain level in order to rise to train quality and match level.
