摘　　要：数据仓库和联机分析处理是决策支持系统的有机组成部分.结合连锁超市配送决策支持系统的实例,提出了基于数据仓库和联机分析处理的决策支持系统的解决方案,并对如何完善模型作了进一步的探讨.Data warehouse and on-line analytical processing (OLAP) are integral parts of the decision support system (DSS).Data warehouse provides basis for data query and analysis while OLAP focuses on customer interaction,quick response and presentation of multidimensional view.Taking the chain store distribution decision system as an example a solution program of the decision support system based on data warehouse and OLAP is described and the ways to perfect the system are discussed.
