摘  要:研究探讨了常压模拟高位(海拔3000m)低练对大鼠合成解代谢的影响。随机选择40只雄性SD大鼠并分为低住安静组、低住低练组、常压高住安静组和常压高住低练组四组,高住大鼠每天在模拟3000m高度休息12h,运动大鼠每天常氧状态下进行跑台速度为25m/min的跑台运动训练,1h/d,5d/w,测定4w后的血清T及C、BUN的变化。结果常压高住安静组和常压高住低练组SD大鼠血清T/C比值均显著性地增加(P<0 05、P<0.01),血尿素氮没有显著性的变化(P>0.05) 表明常压模拟高住低练增强了机体的合成代谢能力。To study the effect of simulated HiLo training (altitude 3000m) to serum Testosterone and the related indexes of rats. Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly parted into four groups' sedentary living-low. trained living-low. sedentary living-high, trained living-high. The living-high rats stayed for 12 hours in the room of 14.5% oxygen everyday, and the trained rats were trained on a treadmill using a progressive protocol that plateaued at 25m/min for 1hr/day. 5days/week for a total of four weeks. The serum T.C and BUN were tested after four weeks. The results showed that the serum T/C of hoth sedentary living-high and trained living-high SD rats were increased significantly (P < 0.05 ,P < 0.01). and BUN were not effected. Conclusion: the intermittent hypoxia could increase the the body synthesizing ability, which was benefit to the body spoils ability
