摘　　要：通过研究任意波形合成系统中波形数据取样选择对信号合成质量的影响 ,推导出 RAM查询式任意波形合成系统的波形数据优化取样算法 .在对单频信号和多频信号的数据取样点数 Q和信号周期数 P与合成频率误差的关系做了较为详尽的分析之后 。In this paper, through researching the effects of sampling numbers of waveform data on the quality of synthesizing waveform in arbitrary waveform synthesizer, a sampling method optimized is given in RAM based waveform synthesizer. After analysing the relation among the sampling point number Q ,signal periods number P and synthetical frequency errors of single frequency and multy frequency signal, a condition that make the errors least is given.
