摘　　要：生物信息学对人类进步具有深远影响,Web服务在该领域的开发及应用水平已成为制约其发展的一个重要因素。文章通过增设角色来规划、设计统一接口,并利用WSDL和UDDI建立统一接口,对Web服务的体系模型进行了改进,并详细分析了基于统一接口具体开发及应用Web服务的各个环节。Bioinformatics pro mi nently and profoundly affects the humankind and the world.The development and application level of Web Services in this field has become a vital factor to in fluence its process.Through adding a role to layout Uniform Interfaces and con stituting them by utilizing WSDL and UDDI ,this paper improves the architecture model of Web Services and then analyses the four sections in detail which conc retely develop and apply Web Services based on Uniform Interfaces.
