摘　　要：文章总结了配网自动化系统建设和实施过程中出现的思想认识、工程管理和技术管理问题,介绍了国内外配网自动化系统技术现状及发展趋势,给出了配网自动化系统设计原则,并对地理信息系统在电力行业及配网自动化系统中的应用进行了评价,对今后配网自动化系统建设和工程实践具有借鉴意义。This paper summarizes the problems of the ideological knowledge, project management and technical management in process of construction and enforcement of distribution network automation system, and introduces the present situation and development tendency of distribution network automation technology in domestic and abroad, and gives the design principles. The application of Geography Information System in power sector and distribution automation is evaluated, which have reference meaning for construction and enforcement of distribution network automation system and engineering practice in the future.
