摘　　要：重点介绍了《电力系统电能累计量传输配套标准》DL/T719-2000在电能量计量系统中的实际应用情况、应注意的问题和一些认识,对IEC60870-5-102标准的适用性以及DL/T719-2000标准的改进、完善情况进行了说明。In this paper, the application of DL/T719-2000 < Companion standard for the transmission of integrated totals in electric power systems > in NEPDCC's TMR(Tele Meter Reading System) is introduced, the applicability of the IEC102 transmission protocol and the improve on the DL/T719-2000 transmission protocol are discussed. At the end, some advices for DL/T719 application are given.
